Close to Nature!

It's not everyday you get to look outside your back window to find two moose checking out our new home under construction...sadly I didn't get a good photo of them in the middle of the street...We have been noticing them hanging around lately, the picture doesn't really give you an idea of the size these two (mama and baby) really are!

Snow, Snow, Snow!

Snow, snow, snow!  It's finally here!  As a resident of the Retreat I am always amazed how fast we can get to the slopes.  From door to First Time lift line at PCMR it's a mere 12 minutes (give or take 2 minutes depending on parking availability).  We are so lucky to be so close!  Some days are more adventurous than others but here at the Retreat we can choose, because until April....there is always tomorrow!  Enjoy this short quick video of Ms. Liv racing me to the car, the beauty is knowing we are only 10 minutes from home, sadly no more naps in the car for this little one as we are too close to home!
